Making A positive impact on today’s youth!

In recent years there has been a deterioration in the social, moral and spiritual fabric of American youth. Besieged with violence, fear, hopelessness and a general sense of indifference, many of our youth are gripped by the uncertainty of their future.

At Sherlock Farms we believe there is a solution to this dilemma. We firmly believe that it is possible to restore the family, spiritual, and moral foundation upon which this great nation was founded.

Sherlock Farms is a facility dedicated to the restoration of these values. The Youth Equine School is one program at Sherlock Farms designed specifically for this purpose.

Students are trained  in all aspects of horsemanship.  Vital to our curriculum is learning responsibility by caring for and respecting people, animals and equipment. Not only do students have fun, they also develop traditional work ethics and family values.

We believe the end result will be a better young person with a fresh perspective on life,  a new found confidence and self esteem.

Many people dream of their children or themselves having an opportunity to experience the joy of owning a horse. Horses are proven to have a therapeutic effect on people, whether it is physical, mental or emotional. Due to the costs involved in purchasing and maintaining a horse, many families are prohibited from experiencing their dream. Sherlock Farms offers a solution to this problem by providing the horses and equipment needed without potential students having to make a major financial obligation or long term commitments.
